Our experienced food servers are well-trained with an outstanding attention to detail. On arrival, our servers will review your event plan and execute the event set up, handle basic beverage service for your guests and provide event clean-up services. Depending on the style and scale of your event, SERVICE MATTERS HAMPTONS offers three levels of food servers to meet your specific needs, from casual to fine dining.

SERVERS

Fine Dining

The highest level of food service staff, our Fine Dining servers are the cream of the crop—serving, clearing and professionally tending to your guests in the manner of a fine dining establishment. Well-versed in proper wine service, French service, etiquette and presentation, these servers are perfect for more formal events, including where courses are announced, and guests are seated and served individually plated meals.

SERVERS

All purpose

Our All Purpose servers are versatile! In addition to providing the professional range of Basic services outlined below, they can assist the event Chef and kitchen staff, provide basic beverage and cocktail service, handle coffee making—and more. As with all SERVICE MATTERS HAMPTONS staff, their focus is on pairing their skills and experience with your specific needs, to provide the highest quality service throughout your special event.

Basic

Our Basic food servers are perfect for less formal events. They’ll set up, serve, and clean up while following our practices for seamless food service and hospitality. This level of waitstaff is ideal for events featuring buffet-style, food stations, and casual family-style food presentation. As with all SERVICE MATTERS HAMPTONS staff, our Basic level servers are professional, experienced, and dedicated to ensuring your event’s success.
